World Book Day 7 March 2019

To celebrate World Book Day each class is participating in various reading activities.  Children should bring their favourite book to school.  Mrs George and Mrs Gardiner are inviting parents into their classrooms to read stories with the children.  During the day the school bell will ring at various times and when this happens everyone has to DROP EVERYTHING AND READ (DEAR) for 5 - 10 minutes - teachers included!  In Markethill PS we want our children to be readers, not just on World Book Day, but every day smiley.
