Belfast Zoo
Our new topic for the summer term is called "The Five Senses".
Today we went to the zoo - we had to use our senses to hear, see, smell and touch (the only thing we could taste was our yummy packed lunches that our Mums and Dads had sent for us..oh...and the rain of course!!).
We also heard about how some of the animals in the zoo use their senses for survival in the wild.
Mrs Black had great fun seeing all the monkeys...and that was before she left Markethill (they were on her bus!!!!).
