Somme Heritage Centre

Today the children from room 8 went to The Somme Heritage Centre just outside Newtownards.  MAtthew the Tour guide gave the children a 'weapons talk' before taking them through the tour which allowed the children to experience recruitment, think about the role of women and then head over to France and into the trenches.
