P6 Mrs Atkinson
We searched for Autumnal spider webs. We then gathered sticks and made our own in class.
Autumn Poetry Writing - we explored outdoors and recorded the different things that we could hear, see, feel and smell. We used these to write autumn poems named 'Autumn is Delivered.'
P6 calculating the age of trees in our Conservation area. We measured 1 metre from the roots and then measured the circumference at the height of 1 metre, we then divided by 2.5 for a rough estimate.
P6 using sticks to make shapes and measure types of angles.
