Spring Walk in Gosford
Spring
One early spring day we went out for our walk.
The sun shone warm, the sky was blue.
The air was clear and smelled like fresh grass.
When we went walking one spring day
What did we see along the way?
A sweet white bunny hopping along,
A bird in a nest singing a song,
A garden of flowers that bloom and grow,
A wee little frog on a lily pad flow.
We stopped to greet them, one then another.
We laughed and loved them one with each other.
When we went walking one spring day,
We stopped and called to nature, ‘Hello! Good Day!’
