As part of our Outdoor Learning, we made self-portraits using resources we found in our conservation area. We then labelled our portraits as part of our Literacy work.
Baby Harriett and her mum, Debbie came to visit today. Heidi was so proud to introduce her little sister. Thank you so much, Debbie, for answering our questions.
Today we welcomed Lily’s mum, Amy and her sister, Nina into our classroom. Amy talked to us about the ‘toddler’ stage. It was interesting to hear all the different things a toddler can do, compared to a baby. Thank you Amy and Nina.
What a lovely afternoon with baby Hugh and Michelle. Hughie is definitely the best baby...smiled the whole time. Thank you Michelle for answering all our questions.
Thank you to Sara (Sara Dalzell Photography) for popping in this afternoon and speaking to us about her work. We enjoyed learning about portraits and it was lovely to be able to handle a variety of different cameras. Thank you so much, Sara!
As part of our ‘All About Me’ topic, we enjoyed a visit from Caleb’s mum who told us about her job as Pharmacist Technician. Thank you so much Mrs Salisbury for taking the time to talk to us.
Our first ‘Welly Wednesday.’ Despite the frost and cold, we enjoyed a walk around the conservation area. Looking forward to having lots of fun here in the weeks and months ahead.
