The Land of Lilliput

As part of our local history topic we've been learning about the author Dean Jonathan Swift and his well-known story 'Gulliver's Travels'.  On Friday 27th April we set sail on 'The Antelope' with Lemuel Gulliver, were shipwrecked and arrived in the Land of Lilliput where we got to experience what it was like to be a Lilliputian.  No Literacy and Numeracy on the timetable in school there - instead we practised our juggling and limbo dancing!! Our School Council reps have a few ideas for the next meeting!!!
