Markethill Primary School will be closed on Thursday 2 May 2019 due to local council elections. The St Patrick's Day holiday scheduled for Friday 15 March 2019 will now be moved to Friday 3 May 2019. The school will therefore be closed on Thursday 2 May, Friday 3 May and Monday 6 May (Bank Holiday).
A further digital support session for parents/guardians experiencing difficulties using the online P1 application is being held on Thursday 17 January 2019 at Portadown Library 10.00am - 12.30pm. The clinics will operate on a drop in basis and parents will be assisted in making their online application for a pre-school or primary place. To assist newcomer families, varying levels of translation services can be accessed at the clinics.
